Today, On 19th March, The Supreme Court of India set aside the FIR and all subsequent proceedings against YouTuber Elvish Yadav in the 2023 snake venom case filed under the Wildlife Protection Act by the Uttar Pradesh Police.
Today, On 18th February, The Supreme Court of India heard YouTuber Elvish Yadav’s plea to quash proceedings in a snake venom and rave party case in Uttar Pradesh. The court, which stayed steps in August 2025, adjourned the plea to review the NDPS invocation.
The Uttar Pradesh government has urged the Supreme Court to dismiss YouTuber Elvish Yadav’s plea in the alleged snake venom rave party case, citing strong evidence of a criminal conspiracy involving wildlife violations and narcotics offences.
