New Delhi, March 24: The Delhi High Court has sent a notice to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and former Delhi Chief Minister Atishi regarding a petition challenging her election victory from the Kalkaji Assembly constituency. The notice was issued on Wednesday by Justice Jyoti Singh based on an election petition filed by Kamaljit Singh Duggal and Ayush Rana, both voters from Kalkaji. The Bombay High Court dismissed on Thursday (19th Dec) Shiv Sena leader Amol Kirtikar’s petition challenging Ravindra Waikar’s election victory by 48 votes in the Mumbai North-West Lok Sabha constituency.
