Today(on 23rd August),The Calcutta High Court directed the SIT to transfer all materials related to the financial irregularities case against former RG Kar Medical College principal Dr. Sandeep Ghosh to the CBI. The CBI is set to officially take over the case by 10 a.m. on Saturday.
