The Delhi court today rejected AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal’s plea to postpone his summons related to the Delhi excise policy case filed by the Enforcement Directorate. Despite Kejriwal’s request, the court ruled that he must appear before the magistrate court. The ED’s investigation stems from alleged irregularities in the policy during Kejriwal’s tenure as Chief Minister.
