Delhi HC Seeks Centre’s Response on Plea Challenging “Ration Card” Requirement for Central Health Benefits Scheme

The Delhi High Court on 22nd july has sought the Central Government’s response on a PIL challenging the requirement of a ration card under the Rashtriya Arogya Nidhi (RAN) umbrella scheme.
