New Delhi: Today, 6th March, Businessman Amandeep Singh Dhall has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court, asking for the chargesheet and summoning order issued against him by the trial court to be canceled in the Delhi Excise Policy case. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has opposed Dhall’s petition, stating that it is “not maintainable.” The agency has also raised concerns over whether the petition can be accepted legally.
