The Delhi High Court today instructed the vice-chancellor of Delhi University to address a representation for 50% reservation for women in the upcoming DUSU elections within three weeks, in accordance with the law. The petitioner sought to mandate women’s representation through reservations, citing concerns of money and power dominating the elections and limiting women’s participation.
