Former Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia furnished Rs 50,000 surety bonds after discharge in the Delhi Excise Policy Case, with Rouse Avenue Court and Special Judge Jitendra Singh accepting the bonds to secure their presence if an appeal arises.
The Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi discharged all 23 accused in the CBI excise policy case, including Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia. The ruling marked a major turn in Arvind Kejriwal’s arrest-to-discharge journey within the high-profile investigation today.
Today(on 6th July), The CBI’s investigation into the excise policy case has now shifted its focus solely to Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. This comes after the completion of the probe on all other accused individuals. The ongoing scrutiny of Kejriwal’s role, as well as allegations of misrepresentation by the CBI, indicate the complexity and seriousness of the case.
