Supreme Court Sets Aside Delhi High Court Order to Remove Alleged Defamatory Edits from ANI’s Wikipedia Page

The Delhi High Court,on Thursday(14th Nov) led by Justice Subramonium Prasad, issued summons to users accused of making defamatory edits on the ANI Wikipedia page. Following a consent order with ANI, Wikipedia agreed to serve summons confidentially without revealing user identities. The next hearing is scheduled for December 16.
