The Madras High Court has requested the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to clarify its stance on an exemption given to InterGlobe Aviation, operator of IndiGo airlines, regarding pilot fatigue regulations under India’s aviation safety standards.
The Delhi High Court On Friday (20th Dec) extended medical relief for former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Senger until January 15, 2025, amid disputes between the victim’s and Senger’s counsels regarding his surveillance. The victim’s mother opposed the decision, emphasizing safety concerns. Senger, convicted for rape, had previously been granted interim bail for personal reasons.
