The Delhi High Court,on Thursday(14th Nov) led by Justice Subramonium Prasad, issued summons to users accused of making defamatory edits on the ANI Wikipedia page. Following a consent order with ANI, Wikipedia agreed to serve summons confidentially without revealing user identities. The next hearing is scheduled for December 16.
