The Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has ordered the police to protect a young woman who feared for her safety after allegedly receiving threats of forced marriage. The Court directed that she ‘is not subjected to any harm in any manner whatsoever.’
The Rajasthan High Court evacuated on Friday after receiving an email warning of a bomb blast. Police, bomb squads, and security agencies immediately launched a large-scale search operation inside the premises to ensure safety and assess the threat.

The bench emphasized the need to ensure the safety of judges, lawyers, and litigants. Authorities have been directed to implement strict security protocols immediately.
The Allahabad High Court has taken action against ten advocates with criminal contempt notices after an assault on litigants at the district court. They’ve also restricted their access to the premises to prevent further disruptions in court proceedings.
