Today, On 3rd July, The Delhi High Court has directed Patanjali to take down advertisements that allegedly disparage Dabur’s Chyawanprash. This interim order came in response to a suit filed by Dabur accusing Patanjali of misleading and negative advertising.

The Central Government of India informed the Delhi High Court that food companies cannot label products as ‘100% fruit juice’ due to misleading implications under food laws. This follows Dabur’s challenge against the FSSAI’s directive to eliminate such labels, as the actual ingredients include water and concentrates, not pure juice.

A Delhi law student has today issued a legal notice regarding issues with ticket sales for Diljit Dosanjh’s “Dil-Luminati” concert, targeting the singer, event organizer Saregama Private Limited, ticketing partner Zomato, and HDFC Bank. Allegations include ticket unavailability, failure to honor exclusive access for HDFC cardholders, and potential consumer trust violations. The notice has also been sent to government bodies MEITY and Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
