Defamation Case | “Provide Documents With AAP’s Atishi & Sanjay Singh”: Delhi Court to Congress Leader Sandeep Dikshit

Today, On 3rd March, A Delhi court asked a Congress leader to provide information to AAP leaders Atishi and Sanjay Singh in a defamation case. The lawsuit stems from allegations made during a December 26 press conference, where Atishi and Singh accused Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit of accepting crores from the BJP. They also claimed that Congress was colluding with the BJP to defeat AAP.

Delhi HC to Congress’s Sandeep Dikshit on Defamation Case Against AAP Leaders: “You File a Fresh Suit, Matter Can’t Be Kept Pending”

The Delhi High Court directed Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit to re-file his defamation suit against AAP leaders Atishi and Sanjay Singh. The court denied him additional time to pay the required court fees. Dikshit had sought Rs.10 crore in damages over alleged defamatory remarks made during a press conference before the Delhi elections. The case will proceed once the filing is completed.
