The Delhi High Court today(2nd August) said it will hear a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) on August 5, seeking action against the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for neglecting a flooded drain in Mayur Vihar, which claimed the lives of a woman and her three-year-old son.
