The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the Union ministries and private ticketing entities, seeking responses on illegal ticket-selling practices. Today (22nd April): The Supreme Court affirmed the Constitutional duty to provide Child Care Leave (CCL) to mothers of children with disabilities for equal opportunities in the workforce. Denying CCL violates constitutional rights. The court directed the Himachal Pradesh Government to review its CCL policy and form a committee for implementation by July 31, 2024.
