NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court has asked Delhi Chief Minister (CM) Atishi to respond to a plea filed by BJP leader Praveen Shankar Kapoor. Kapoor challenged a special court’s decision that canceled the summons issued against Atishi in a defamation case.
