Today, On 15th January, The Supreme Court prohibited the announcement of the result for the Bihar legislative council by-election seat once held by expelled RJD leader Sunil Kumar Singh. Singh had been expelled for disruptive behavior in the House. The court is currently hearing his appeal against the expulsion. A decision on the case is expected soon.
