The Gujarat High Court criticized the state government for a vague report on unauthorized religious structures in public spaces, demanding a more detailed affidavit. The court expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of clarity on actions taken against these structures, highlighting the need for compliance with Supreme Court directives. Government’s response was deemed unsatisfactory, and a comprehensive affidavit is now required by February 27.
