Bombay High Court has restrained Mumbai Police from filing a chargesheet in the Dhruva Sarja cheating case, clearly stating that “chargesheet cannot be filed without Court’s approval,” as ruled by Chief Justice Shree Chandrashekhar and Justice Gautam A Ankhad.
