The clash between Kerala High Court lawyers and judges took a sharp turn as the Advocates’ Association sent a strong message to the judiciary. In a letter to Justice A.K. Jayasankaran Nambiar, they urged judges to “not meddle with the affairs of the association,” highlighting rising tensions and discontent.
A Supreme Court lawyer was given 30 seconds to talk about anything other than his case after the bench had already closed the matter. When he tried to mention a legal precedent, the judges politely reminded him that the decision was final.
