On 7th March, The Punjab and Haryana High Court has ordered a judicial probe into the death of a young farmer, Shubhkaran Singh, during clashes at the Punjab-Haryana border. The court strongly condemned the use of children in protests and appointed a three-member panel to investigate the circumstances of the farmer’s death and the actions of the police.
