The CBI opposed access, raising safety concerns. The court also criticized the CBI for not releasing a vehicle involved in the incident. The case was transferred to the CBI from Delhi Police.
Today, On 22nd August, The Delhi court set to decide on August 28 whether Rau’s IAS Study Circle can regain access to its premises after tragic deaths in July. The court heard arguments from both sides, with the CEO requesting access for smooth operation of classes. The safety and operational status of the facility are under scrutiny.
