Today, On 3rd September, The Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) has challenged a High Court order favoring a sugar factory in Chincholi operated by a BJP MLA’s cooperative bank. The factory operated without required environmental clearance, leading to a dispute. The Supreme Court is set to address the case on September 6. The issue has become politically charged.
