Today, On 3rd September, The Karnataka State Pollution Control Board (KSPCB) has challenged a High Court order favoring a sugar factory in Chincholi operated by a BJP MLA’s cooperative bank. The factory operated without required environmental clearance, leading to a dispute. The Supreme Court is set to address the case on September 6. The issue has become politically charged.
Today, On 10th July, The Supreme Court rejected Bajaj Auto’s request to lift the cap on two-stroke engine auto rickshaws in Delhi, emphasizing that such requests should come from the government or public interest representatives, not manufacturers.
