New Delhi, March 11 – The Delhi High Court on Tuesday stated that top wrestlers like Bajrang Punia, Vinesh Phogat, and Sakshi Malik could challenge the Centre’s decision to revoke the suspension of the Wrestling Federation of India (WFI).
The Supreme Court of India upheld the classification of medical devices as “drugs,” aligning with international standards and prioritizing patient safety. The decision dismissed a petition challenging the government’s categorization, emphasizing the need for regulatory oversight.
