This follows allegations of Rs. 90 crore being transferred from the Corporation’s account. The next hearing is scheduled for August 7.
Today(on 18th July), the Supreme Court deferred the hearing on the ED’s plea to transfer a bribery investigation involving one of its officers from Tamil Nadu’s DVAC to the CBI. Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta objected to claims that students at Kota coaching centers were dying by suicide.
Today(on 14th June), The Supreme Court issued notice on the National Testing Agency’s transfer petition to move a case from the Delhi High Court regarding alleged paper leak and irregularities in NEET-UG 2024 to the Supreme Court. Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta scheduled the transfer petition with related cases for hearing on July 8.
The Delhi High Court has asked the jail officials to submit medical reports of businessman Arun Ramchandra Pillai, involved in a money laundering case linked to the alleged Delhi Excise scam.
