The Delhi High Court invalidated BSNL’s cancellation of its contract with Millennium Automation, stressing that serious allegations like collusion require substantial evidence rather than speculation. Justice Sanjeev Narula underscored BSNL’s obligation to act fairly as a state entity, labeling the cancellation as unreasonable and arbitrary, leading to the petition’s approval.
