Today (2nd April)The Bombay HC dropped a rape case against a married man after the woman stated in court that the relationship was consensual. Justices PD Naik and NR Borkar presided over the plea, with the accused granting interim protection and being instructed to pay a fine of Rs 1 lakh to a specified party by April 17.
