The Delhi High Court Today (May 10th) issued notice to the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on the bail plea filed by Bharat Rashtra Samithi leader K Kavitha in the money laundering case connected to the Delhi excise policy.
On 2nd May: K Kavitha, a BRS leader, is seeking bail in the Delhi Excise Scam case. She argues that her arrest was unnecessary and politically motivated, aimed at hindering her election campaign. Kavitha claims the investigating agencies have no substance to support her alleged involvement in the scam and accuses them of tarnishing her reputation for political gain. The court is set to announce its decision on May 6.
Today (12th April) The CBI has requested the custodial interrogation of K Kavitha due to unsatisfactory answers regarding the alleged bribe payments to the Aam Aadmi Party. Kavitha is accused of demanding and receiving substantial sums of money from different sources, as part of a larger conspiracy involving the Delhi Excise Policy. She is also alleged to have conspired with AAP leaders to gain favors in policy formulation.
Today (11th April): The CBI is set to present BRS leader K Kavitha at the Delhi Rouse Avenue Court tomorrow. Kavitha faces legal proceedings related to alleged criminal conspiracy and falsification of accounts. The case involves a liquor policy scam, with accusations of kickbacks to the Aam Aadmi Party. ED investigations have led to provisional asset attachment worth Rs. 128.79 crore.

He has requested a chair and is allowed home-cooked meals and prescribed medications. Kejriwal is in good health and has lost weight. He was also in Tihar Jail in 2014.
