Actress Lakshmi Menon, along with several others, has approached the Kerala High Court seeking the dismissal of a criminal case accusing them of abducting and assaulting an IT professional in August, claiming the allegations are baseless and misleading.
The New York court has merged three cases against Indian industrialist Gautam Adani into one trial.
