District Judge Gunjan Gupta of Saket Court issued a summons to YouTuber Dhruv Rathee on July 19 in response to a defamation case filed by BJP leader Suresh Karamshi Nakhua. Rathee is accused of labeling Nakhua as a “violent and abusive” troll in a video, leading to widespread condemnation and ridicule against him. The next hearing is scheduled for August 6.
