A Delhi Court on Monday (Dec 17) granted pardon to Lokesh Sharma, who was an officer on special duty (OSD) to former Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, in the case alleging illegal phone tapping of Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat.
