Today(10th Sept),The Supreme Court is expected to rule on Arvind Kejriwal’s bail pleas and his challenge to his CBI arrest in the alleged liquor policy scam. Kejriwal has filed two petitions: one contesting the denial of bail and the other opposing his CBI arrest in the corruption case.
Today(5th September), The Supreme Court reprimanded the CBI for arresting Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal while he was already in ED custody, questioning the procedural validity of the re-arrest. The hearing centered on Kejriwal’s pleas challenging the CBI arrest and seeking regular bail.
Today(on 14th June),The Delhi court is set to hear Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s bail plea in the excise policy case today, following extensive discussions between legal representatives. On June 7, senior advocate Hariharan informed the Rouse Avenue court that the Enforcement Directorate had submitted its response to the bail plea just before the hearing.
On Thursday (30th May),Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal files regular bail plea in New Delhi court, originally set for May 30, now postponed to June 7 due to excise policy case. Interim bail plea remains scheduled for June 1, as per earlier order, with both hearings initially listed for the same date.
