Delhi Court Reserves Order Today (April 20th) on Bail Plea of Former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia in ED and CBI Cases
Today (April 12th) AAP leader Manish Sisodia, who has been arrested by the CBI and ED in connection with the alleged Delhi excise policy scam case, moved a Delhi court seeking interim bail for poll campaigning.
The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has informed the court Today (April 10th) that they possess substantial evidence, including documented records, WhatsApp conversations, and email exchanges, against AAP leader-Manish Sisodia. This disclosure was made during proceedings, indicating the gravity of the allegations against the prominent political figure.
Today (April 6th), Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia’s judicial custody extended till April 18 in alleged Delhi excise policy scam money laundering case. Special Judge Kaveri Baweja extended custody after Sisodia’s appearance in court following previous custody expiration.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court Today postponed the hearing on the APPSC plea regarding the Group-1 exam case to April 18. The interim order safeguarding the positions of 167 Group-1 officers has been extended until then. This case could have significant implications for the commission’s operations and the careers of civil servants in the state.
