Today, On 20th August, The Supreme Court criticized lawyers for submitting misleading mobile phone photographs in legal pleadings, warning of potential severe consequences, including license revocation. The remarks came during a review of photos submitted in a land encroachment case. The Court’s scrutiny arose from an appeal against a Madras High Court ruling regarding an alleged encroachment by a temple in Chennai.
