The Supreme Court Today (Sept 25) is hearing a matter concerning failure of Maharashtra Government. The Maha govt told the Supreme Court on July 15 that it would hand over 4.39 acres of land to the Bombay High Court for constructing a new building by September 10. Earlier bench of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and justices BR Gavai and JB Pardiwala was also told that the remaining 30.46 acres would be handed over to the high court within a prescribed time.
