Today, On 4th July, A group of lawyers raised concerns over a directive from the Chief Justice of India to vacation judges, deeming it unprecedented and undermining judicial independence. The lawyers, including AAP’s legal cell head, highlighted irregularities in granting bail to Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal and the urgency in staying the bail order, expressing strong objection to the directive.
