A Habeas Corpus petition has been filed today (On Sept 30) in the Delhi High Court for the release of an accused woman’s unlawful detention following the road rage killing of Delhi Police constable Sandeep. The plea argues that while the accused fled, his wife was incorrectly taken into custody, prompting a court hearing on October 1.
