Today, On 21st August, AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sandeep Pathak appealed to the Delhi High Court after being denied permission to meet CM Arvind Kejriwal in jail. Pathak argued that the decision was arbitrary and lacked a valid basis, emphasizing the importance of access to political leaders in custody. The court scheduled further proceedings after hearing arguments from both sides.
