Supreme Court Imposes Rs. 5 Lakh Fine on Advocate for Frivolous Plea, Says He “Spoiled the Atmosphere of the Court”

The court criticized the petition’s baselessness, stating it harmed the court’s atmosphere, and mandated the fine be paid to the National Legal Services Authority.
