EARLIER TODAY IN APEX COURT
On 14th July 2025 (Monday), the Supreme Court of India issued an important notice stating that Hon’ble The Chief Justice BR Gavai will not be holding court on that day.
Due to this change, the sitting of the Chief Justice’s Bench — which was supposed to include Hon’ble CJI Gavai, Hon’ble Mr. Justice K. Vinod Chandran, and Hon’ble Mr. Justice N. V. Anjaria — has been completely cancelled.
As per the official notice:

The court stated:
“Hon’ble Mr. Justice K Vinod Chandran will take up Single Judge Bench/Chamber Matters in Court No. 10 after the normal work of Court No. 10 is over.”
