BREAKING | Supreme Court Shocked: Man Brings Pillow to Court, Justice JK Maheshwari Slams Disrespectful Act

NEW DELHI: In a surprising and serious moment inside the Supreme Court of India, a man appeared before the bench carrying a pillow, leaving the judges and the courtroom in complete disbelief.

Justice JK Maheshwari immediately responded with strong words.

“This is unacceptable. Appearing before the Supreme Court with a pillow in hand is improper. We will dismiss this matter.”

This unusual and inappropriate behavior did not go unnoticed, as it clearly violated the expected standards and decorum of the nation’s highest court.

The situation quickly turned serious, and the advocate representing the individual stood up, visibly shaken and apologetic.

“My Lords, I sincerely apologize on his behalf.”

Justice Maheshwari, known for his sharp observations and high regard for courtroom dignity, used the opportunity to remind everyone present about the importance of discipline inside the court.

“Every individual must understand the decorum expected in this institution.”

Clearly, the court was not willing to tolerate any kind of casual or disrespectful conduct within its premises.

The lawyer, realizing the seriousness of the situation, bowed to the bench with folded hands.

“I offer my deepest apologies.”

Justice Maheshwari did not stop there. He issued a clear and firm reminder to all lawyers about their responsibility to guide their clients properly before entering the court.

“Counsel, you must properly advise your clients on courtroom etiquette. This institution belongs to all of us—respect is non-negotiable.”

Deeply embarrassed, the lawyer accepted full responsibility for the behavior and made one final appeal for forgiveness.

“I take full responsibility. Please accept my profound regrets.”
