Refunds and Cancellation Policy

At LawChakra, we strive to provide valuable and enriching experiences through our workshops and webinars. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to modify or cancel your registration. Below is our Refunds and Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency and clarity.

Cancellation by Participants

1. **Cancellation Requests**  

– All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email to enquire@lawchakra.in.

– Please include your full name, contact details, and workshop/webinar details in the cancellation request.

2. **Refund Eligibility**  

– **7 Days or More Before the Event**: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop/webinar will qualify for a **100% refund**, minus any applicable processing fees.  
 – **3 to 6 Days Before the Event**: Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the event will qualify for a **50% refund**, minus any applicable processing fees.  
 – **Less Than 3 Days Before the Event**: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop/webinar.  

3. **Non-Attendance**  

– Failure to attend the event without prior cancellation will result in **no refund**.

**Rescheduling Policy**

1. **Request for Rescheduling**  

– Participants may request to transfer their registration to a future session of the same workshop/webinar, subject to availability.  
– Rescheduling requests must be made at least **3 days prior to the event** by emailing **[Insert Email Address]**.

2. **Fees for Rescheduling**  

– A nominal rescheduling fee may apply, depending on the nature of the event. This fee will be communicated at the time of your request.

3. **Limitations**  

– Rescheduling is allowed only once per participant per registration.

**Cancellation by LawChakra**

1. **Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us**  
– In the event that **LawChakra** cancels or reschedules a workshop/webinar, registered participants will have the option to:  

– Transfer their registration to a future session of the same event.  
 – Receive a **full refund** of the registration fee, without deductions.  

2. **Notification**  

– Participants will be notified of any cancellations or rescheduling at least **48 hours in advance**, via the contact details provided during registration.

**Refund Process**

1. **Timeline**  

– Approved refunds will be processed within **10–15 business days** from the date of confirmation. 

2. **Payment Method**   

– Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during registration. 

 **Deductions**  

– Any applicable transaction or processing fees incurred during payment will not be refunded.

**No Refunds for Certain Purchases**

1. **On-Demand or Recorded Content**  

– Fees paid for recorded sessions or on-demand workshops/webinars are **non-refundable** once access has been granted.

2. **Discounted Registrations**  

– Registrations made under promotional discounts or special offers are **non-refundable**.
