Judge Revitha K.G. of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court XI approved the bail four days after the arrest. Das was taken into custody by the Thumba Police on Thursday and was remanded to judicial custody for 14 days by the court on Friday.
Das faces accusations of manhandling Shyamily Justin during an attempt to mediate a dispute between two junior advocates at his office.
The incident reportedly escalated into violence, resulting in serious facial injuries for Justin, who was then taken to the General Hospital for treatment.

He stated,
“The court has noted the injuries suffered by my client on his forehead and ear.”
Das was taken into custody just hours after he filed for anticipatory bail.
The Vanchiyoor police reported that he had been evading capture in various locations around the state capital since the incident on May 13.
The family of the woman has denied the allegation that she assaulted the senior lawyer, suggesting it is an attempt to create grounds for Das to secure bail. A senior member of the Bar Association at the Vanchiyoor court reportedly claimed that Shyamily had attacked Das.
On Wednesday, Shyamily indicated her intent to pursue all legal avenues to prevent Das from practicing law in the future.
The Kerala Bar Council also announced on Wednesday that Das has been temporarily barred from practicing law due to his “shameful act.”
