Bomb Threat: Rajasthan High Court Receives Threat Email, Entire Premises Evacuated

The Rajasthan High Court evacuated on Friday after receiving an email warning of a bomb blast. Police, bomb squads, and security agencies immediately launched a large-scale search operation inside the premises to ensure safety and assess the threat.

The Rajasthan High Court was evacuated on Friday following an email that threatened a bomb blast.

According to media, police, bomb squads, and various security agencies are currently conducting a search operation within the premises.

Earlier, On 12th September, High drama unfolded in two major courts of the country after both the Delhi High Court and the Bombay High Court received bomb threat emails, leading to temporary evacuations and suspension of proceedings.

In Delhi, panic spread after the High Court administration received an e-mail threatening an attack. The message, which reached the registrar general at around 8:39 am, warned of explosions in judges’ chambers and courtrooms around mid-day.

However, Delhi Police later declared the threat a hoax, confirming that no explosives were found.

Previously, the Bombay High Court administration also received a bomb threat email.

Both incidents created panic and disrupted judicial proceedings, but officials confirmed that normal functioning resumed once the premises were declared safe.
