Mindspace Business Parks REIT has issued 56,000 listed, rated, secured, redeemable, transferable and taxable non-cumulative NCDs worth Rs 560 crore through a private placement. Khaitan & Co advised Mindspace Business Parks and its investment manager on the issuance.
Mindspace Business Parks REIT issued up to 56,000 listed, rated, secured, redeemable, transferable and taxable non-cumulative non-convertible debentures (NCDs), with a total value of Rs.560 crore, through a private placement.
Khaitan & Co acted as legal counsel to Mindspace Business Parks and its investment manager, K Raheja Corp Investment Managers Private Limited, for this NCD issuance.
The deal was handled by a team comprising Partner Manisha Shroff, Senior Associate Siddhant Shetty and Associate Rishabh Kumar.
The NCDs are backed by a mortgage over specified movable and immovable assets of Horizonview Properties Private Limited an asset SPV of Mindspace Business Parks along with a corporate guarantee from the SPV.
