Cosmic PV Power Files Rs.640-Crore IPO: CMS INDUSLAW Advises on Public Issue

Cosmic PV Power Limited plans a Rs.640 crore IPO, featuring a Rs.540 crore fresh issue and a Rs.100 crore OFS by promoters and investors. CMS INDUSLAW is advising the company on the public issue as it moves forward.

Cosmic PV Power Limited announced its plan to launch an initial public offering (IPO) that will include a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to Rs.540 crore.

Along with this, the Company’s promoters, Chanakya Opportunities Fund I, and other existing shareholders will participate in an offer for sale (OFS) of equity shares valued at up to Rs.100 crore.

The total IPO size is therefore expected to reach approximately Rs.640 crore.

CMS INDUSLAW is acting as the legal advisor to Cosmic PV Power Limited for this public issue. The firm is also advising the book running lead managers Systematix Corporate Services Limited and Valmiki Leela Capital Private Limited on the IPO process, including regulatory compliance and documentation.

The deal is being handled by the CMS INDUSLAW capital markets team led by Partner Mathew Thomas. He is supported by Senior Associate Anjanesh Vatsa, along with Associates Kirti Gohil, Khushi Dua, Aishwarya Agarwal, Nikita Srivastava, Sahil Mehta, and Sanjana Gupta.

The proposed IPO will help Cosmic PV Power Limited strengthen its capital structure and support future expansion as the Company continues to operate in the growing renewable energy sector.
